Rob Keys has been involved in Montessori Education for over 30 years as a teacher, administrator, consultant, teacher-educator, and presenter. The author of “Follow the Child – The Basics, the Misconceptions, and Underlying Lessons of a Montessori Education”, he has presented at AMS National and Regional conferences, written for Montessori Life, and has served on MACTE and AISNE evaluation teams.  Rob has been a teacher-trainer with Seacoast Center since it’s inception in 1992 and founded Beyond The Mountain, a non-profit organization providing material and training in Haiti.  He has trained teachers at public and private schools in the United States, as well as Ghana, South Korea and Indonesia. Rob has two children, Amarinda and Elijah, of whom he is immensely proud (no, really, don’t get him started). He lives in an old farmhouse in Berwick with his wife Sandi, a rabbit named Bunz, and several nameless chickens.
